Prinect MetaDimension is a job ticket-driven RIP and workflow. The Adobe Portable Job Ticket saves all the information that is important for printing the job, irrespective of the data you want to image. Like a control slip, it makes sure you have safe, reliable data in the prepress area. With Prinect
Signa Station, Prinect MetaDimension can easily be used as a job ticket-driven workflow with PPF output for controlling print zone presettings and the finishing of printed products.

The JDF standard allows for Prinect MetaDimension to be fully integrated within the Prinect workflow. It supports the JDF 1.2 standard, an electronic job ticket based on XML specification. The Prinect Printready System uses Prinect MetaDimension as an integrated output system for all rendering processes with proof, film or offset plates. Communication between the Prinect Printready System and Prinect MetaDimension is entirely based on the PDF standard for the content data and on the JDF standard for the control and monitoring data.

The software module DeltaFlow enables the integration into existing DeltaTech systems. With the TIFF-B import and export features, you can also connect to third-party recorders and workflows systems.
